CANCELLATIONS
I do accept cancellations. Please contact me within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS I do accept returns.(see exclusions below) That being said, I ask that you please make purchases with consideration and that returns be limited to rings that may have been purchased in the wrong size. For one of a kind rings I will issue a refund. For rings other than one of a kind, I will happily exchange for the correct size.

Please contact me within 2 days of receipt of the item and send back within 7 days of request for a refund of the cost of the item only, Or a replacement in a different size. (customer is responsible for cost of return shipping that must include tracking) Refund will be issued within 24 hours of item arriving to me. Exchanges will be sent out once item has arrived to me, customer is responsible for shipping cost for exchange.

Please return unworn jewelry in unused condition and in original packaging with all essential elements that were included in the package. (cost of missing elements or signs of wear will be deducted from refund amount)

Exclusions

I do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items.

• Made to order Initial stamped iems.
• Customers custom design orders
• Gift Cards

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. In most cases I can repair the damage and return the item to you.

Hand fabricated items look like they are made by human hands which is a big part of their charm. Please keep in mind that although I take great care and pride in the jewelry I make, they may have slight variations and imperfections that add to their uniqueness and beauty. These qualities are part of the charm of hand crafted items and I hope you enjoy them as much as i enjoy making them for you.

Quality Guarantee All jewelry comes with a 6 month quality guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period, I will repair any manufacturing defects that occurred during crafting process, free of charge.

Examples of covered defects are

• Failed solder joints
• Broken clasps and chains
• Stones that become dislodged from settings due to failure of bezels or pongs. *This does not include broken stones or forcible manipulation of stones in their settings. If you notice a stone that does not seem secure please contact me before attempting to alter settings as some stones are perfectly set, even if they have some wiggle room, and others may need alteration.

Stones

Broken, Chipped, Discolored, or otherwise damaged stones are not covered under this warrantee. I strive use the most high quality stones, however, due to the nature of stones I cannot predict any change it may experience over time. Please refer to the Jewlery Care section to ensure proper care of items to preserve their beauty!

Due to the manufacturing process and risk of damage, items that contain stones will be evaluated on a case by case basis on if the item can be repaired.

Exclusions The guarantee does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Any alterations or repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.

To initiate a repair under this guarantee, please visit the contact page or send an email to suppport@amandaleighartistsry.com with a detailed description and images of the damaged item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to me for repair with tracking. Return shipping will be free of charge.

I take pride in creating high-quality jewelry. Every piece is covered under a policy of providing repairs (limitations may apply) and cleanings for as long as you own it!

Cleaning and Refinishing

Sometimes after years of wear, at home cleanings are not enough and you would like your piece to look as good as new! That is why I offer cleaning and refinishing services for all my pieces. Below are the services and their pricing.

All services include a check of components to ensure they are in good condition, prong tightening is included in all services where applicable and free of charge.

Cleaning

This service is available for All pieces!

Deep cleaning service to remove buildup and tarnish from your piece, it is then given a buff and polish to have it looking sparkly again!-$25

Refinishing

This service is available for all pieces made from sterling silver or solid gold (due to the nature of gold filled, scratches cannot be removed without damaging the metal)

Refinishing service removes scratches, tarnish, and other minor cosmetic imperfections on the metal that my occur over the years of being loved. This also includes reapplying Matte finish to pieces that need a touchup. Service is finished with a buff, polish and deep cleaning to make your piece look good as new again!

Repairs

I understand that accidents can happen and offer a comprehensive repair service to ensure that your treasured pieces can be enjoyed for years to come.

Below is a list of repairs and the approximate cost. Pricing is determined by the complexity of the repair and the materials needed. If your item needs a repair that is not listed here, please do not hesitate to reach out as it is likely I can still help!

Rings

• Band reshaping - $25
• Band repair - $30 and up
• Prong repair -$30 and up
• Bezel repair- $40 and up
• Metal element repair/replacement- $30 and up
• Stone replacement/resetting (Price dependent on stones condition or if it needs to be replaced due to loss or damage, and the style of the setting and its condition) $45 and up

Necklaces

• Chain repair/replacement - $20 and up
• Clasp replacement - $10 and up
• Bezel repair- $40 and up
• Metal element repair/replacement- $30 and up
• Stone replacement/resetting (Price dependent on stones condition or if it needs to be replaced due to loss or damage, and the style of the setting and its condition) $45 and up

Earrings

• Post repair/reshaping for studs - $10 and up
• Earring hook repair/reshaping all others - $15 and up
• Chain repair/replacement - $10 and up
• Earring Reshaping - $20 and up
• Stone replacement/resetting (Price dependent on stones condition or if it needs to be replaced due to loss or damage, and the style of the setting and its condition) $25 and up

Please note all repairs are done on a case by case basis after review of the piece. I will always do my best to restore the item to the best of my ability however there may be cases where attempting to repair would cause further damage or due to supplier inventory I am unable to find a replacement stone, in those cases I would not go forward with the repair.

You will receive details on how to safely ship the items to me when service is requested. Payment will be through a PayPal invoice. Shipping will be $6 for round trip delivery and label will be provided by me including tracking and insurance both ways.
